Instructor in Training

Ms. Rae

Raelyn (Rae) is a sophomore in high school. Outside of swimming, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family and friends, and, most of all, working with children.

Rae has a special place in her heart for neurodivergent children. Her brother is neurodivergent, and growing up alongside him has taught her the importance of patience, understanding, kindness, and celebrating each child for who they are and the unique strengths they bring.

Rae is CPR certified and takes safety very seriously. As a swim instructor in training at Manda’s Minnows, her goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where every child feels safe, comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. She loves watching swimmers grow, gain new skills, and discover what they are capable of while having fun along the way!
